In this 60 minute Class you'll learn Breathwork techniques to calm your nervous system, along with Techniques to help tone your Vagus Nerve which is a crucial part of the parasympathetic nervous system. Higher vagal tone is associated with a faster relaxation response to stress and better overall health, including improved cardiovascular function and emotional regulation. We will end with a meditation. This class is for those who want to learn to calm the nervous system and have more focus and clarity in everyday life. These techniques will help you in everyday situations.
